You may have a few questions before you come visit us. We hope we can answer some of them!
Here are some Q&A's to get you started.
What is a typical service like?
We currently hold one service that begins at 10:30 am. Our worship music is a combination of contemporary music and hymns. Childcare is available through our children's ministry, Scotsdale Kids for ages 3 months to 5th grade. Service is typically over by 11:45 am.
What programs do you have for families?
Scotsdale Kids is
our children's ministry and currently meets during both the morning Community Group hour and during the service. Youth class meets at 9:15 am
(Community Group hour) and then students are encouraged to volunteer on a
serve team or attend the service.
Do you have adult "Sunday School"?
We have Community Groups for adults that begin at 9:15 am. There are a few groups currently meeting. Feel free to visit each one and find one that best fits you. (Located on the east side of the courtyard, opposite the children's area)
What should I wear to church?
wear what makes you feel most comfortable! Whether it's a three piece
suit or jeans and t-shirt, no matter what you decide to wear, you will be welcome!
Where's the best place to park?
The best place to park would be our larger parking lot on the west side of the building. It is on the intersection of Cork Ave. and Lockerbie Ave.
Do I need to bring anything?
Church goers are encouraged to bring a Bible and something to write with, if you like to take notes. However, don't worry if you don't own a Bible, we have plenty of Bibles to share!
